    This is a world full of depressed people and those who are suffering from such problems. Mental health problems are very common. Everybody has it but everybody should also be concerned about it and take care of it. Few most common mental health problems are:

    Now how can we help ourselves? Our own Self care habits and some changes in our lifestyle can help manage many mental health problems. Following are the tips that you might find helpful for yourself and how to look after YOURSELF:
    You Should Always Be Aware Of Your Mental Health.

    Now what you have to do is tell your close ones about your mental health so that they can support you in a way that you want. If your past treatments have helped you in some way then you should definitely need to tell your doctor. Next is, Watch out for signs that you know will make you unwell. After this, be aware of your moods. If you think that something or someone is spoiling your mood or not good for your health, simply JUST START AVOIDING. But on the other hand, if someone or something is making you smile, start taking more from them. Start efforting to increase your self confidence.
    Be More Socialized.

    You need to start connecting to as many people as you can. This will increase your confidence level and can help you to feel more valued. Socializing will give you different perspectives on different things. In case, if you don't have any close or supportive friends or family and you start feeling helpless, then you can go to community events. This will connect you to other people.
    Go for new people.

    When you experience mental health problems, you feel like no one is understanding you. Try to stay connected with those who've had similar experiences. This will bring a feeling of accepting for who you are, will increase your self confidence, you will find out new places and information for support.
    Make time for therapies.

    Therapies like Relaxation, mindfulness, getting into nature are really good for your health. You already know what helps you relax, so make sure you make time for it. Then moving onto mindfulness, this will make you more aware of your own moods. Then comes nature, pure green environment will give you fresh air and fresh air is a plus point.
    You are your own HELP.

    • Things that can be done by you, can never be done by others or any doctor. You are your own doctor. HOW? if you are serious about improving your mental health then start working on yourself. Get enough sleep, Avoid bad things like drugs and alcohol, eat healthy, be more physically active, make time for yourself.

      Stress management: While a little dose of stress is a healthy way to give us a nudge that we need to meet the deadlines or finish that overdue task, constant stress and anxiety can have an adverse effect on your mental and physical health. Smart self-care habits like eating healthy, connecting with a loved one or, practicing meditation cuts down the toxic effects of stress by improving your mood and boosting your energy and confidence levels.
    • Start living, stop existing: Life is a precious gift. So why waste it when we have the choice to have a more meaningful existence? Yes, you have a lot of responsibilities— fixing the dryer, mowing the lawn, paying bills. But it’s important to remember that taking care of yourself is also your responsibility. Little things like sipping tea while looking at the raindrops racing down the window glass, enjoying a bubble bath, or reading a book are essential for your daily happiness. While things like taking up a new hobby or learning a new language can make your life more purposeful by giving you a new reason to get up in the morning.
    • Better physical health: Self-care is not just about your mental health. It’s also about caring for your physical self, by eating healthy, taking adequate sleep, caring about your hygiene, exercising regularly, etc.
