Certain people seem to me to be experienced and nice based on their combat clothes, stats and clothing. However, does that mean I should place more emphasis on those who are new players, average players or merchants Buy OSRS Accounts? Some people who aren't my character (I'm an experienced combat-skiller) and/or who 'tlk_lyk...the novice' may not be worth talking to unless they are in dire need of assistance or assistance, which is a different matter.
